To locate a report you can search using any of these criteria

REPORT NUMBER, for example: Vyymmxxxx
DATE, enter the date using this format: 11/15/05 or 3/4/06
NAME, enter the Driver's last name. You can also enter the Driver's first name to narrow your search.

For a HIT & RUN Accident, enter the name of the vehicle or property owner and the date of the accident.
